Shipping Rates

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Starting at $4.95 per item
  • Expedited Shipping: Starting at $12.95 per item

The more you order, the more you save on shipping per item! Combined shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (New York Time) will begin processing the same business day.
  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared, printed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days depending on your location.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Additional Shipping Info

  • Shipping times may vary based on your destination, local customs, and unexpected courier delays.
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
  • We currently ship to most international countries, but please be aware that some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Issues & Resolutions

Item Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

   • First, check your tracking details for any updates.
   • If no tracking is available or there’s a delivery issue, contact our support team.

Missing item claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of both the external packaging and the damaged item.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 hours or once the order enters processing, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Phemestore, every item is made-to-order, carefully customized, and printed to reflect your personal style. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or production errors.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, we are committed to resolving them through a refund or replacement (when applicable).

Replacement & Refund Policy

This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we will be unable to offer you a replacement or refund.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund If:

  • The item you received is significantly different from the product description or preview image.
  • The product is damaged or defective due to a production error or during shipping.
  • The product received does not match the item you ordered (wrong size, design, or color from what you selected).

In Other Cases:

  • A partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be considered at our discretion.
  • If the issue was caused by a mistake on the customer’s end (e.g., wrong size or incorrect design selected), we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Important Notes

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • We do not provide refunds for errors caused by incorrect size selection, spelling mistakes in custom text, or wrong color choices made during ordering.
  • Due to differences in monitor displays and lighting, there may be a 10% variance between the preview image and the actual product. This is considered normal and not a defect.

Claim Procedure

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, please send an email to phemestoreus@gmail.com including:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photo(s) or video evidence showing the problem:
   • For printing errors: show the misprint clearly
   • For size or placement issues: include a photo with a ruler or measuring tape
3. Photo of the package and shipping label (especially if any items are missing)
4. Your complete delivery address
5. A contact phone number

Our support team will review the materials you provide. If the claim is valid, we’ll send out a free replacement. In the rare case that a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping.
