Replacement & Refund Policy
This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we will be unable to offer you a replacement or refund.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund If:

- The item you received is significantly different from the product description or preview image.
- The product is damaged or defective due to a production error or during shipping.
- The product received does not match the item you ordered (wrong size, design, or color from what you selected).
In Other Cases:

- A partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be considered at our discretion.
- If the issue was caused by a mistake on the customer’s end (e.g., wrong size or incorrect design selected), we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
Important Notes

- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- We do not provide refunds for errors caused by incorrect size selection, spelling mistakes in custom text, or wrong color choices made during ordering.
- Due to differences in monitor displays and lighting, there may be a 10% variance between the preview image and the actual product. This is considered normal and not a defect.
Claim Procedure
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, please send an email to phemestoreus@gmail.com including:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) or video evidence showing the problem:
- For printing errors: show the misprint clearly
- For size or placement issues: include a photo with a ruler or measuring tape
- Photo of the package and shipping label (especially if any items are missing)
- Your complete delivery address
- A contact phone number
Our support team will review the materials you provide. If the claim is valid, we’ll send out a free replacement. In the rare case that a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping.
